Genotyping for Z/AP and Z/EG transgenic mice
- Earpunch piece into PBS in a 96-well plate. - Fix 10-15 min in 0.2% glutaraldehyde in PBS. - Wash 3 times with PBS 5 min each time. - Add X-gal staining solution 100 ul. - leave the plate at 37°C or room temperature overnight protected from light.
